Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and viflika when you use the app. Please read them; by creating an account you accept them.
Who we are
viflika is operated by [legal entity name]. You can reach us at support@viflika.com.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use viflika (older if the law where you live requires it). If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
Your content
You own what you post. You give viflika a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, distribute and promote it inside viflika and in links to it, for as long as it is on viflika.
If you allow downloads or reposts on a video, other people can save or repost it as the app allows. You can change this in Settings.
Only post what you have the right to post. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Coins and gifts
Coins are a digital item for sending gifts inside viflika. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred except by sending gifts.
At the moment coins cannot be bought: any coins in the app are test coins. Before coins can be bought, these terms will be updated to cover prices, refunds and the app store's rules.
Creators see the coins they received as appreciation. viflika does not currently pay creators money. If that changes, separate creator terms will apply.
Live
Live is for people 18 and over. Live rooms, chat, polls and guests follow the Community Guidelines. Hosts can hide messages and remove guests. Live video is not available yet.
Safety and enforcement
We may remove content or restrict or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or the law. Where we can, we will tell you why.
You can report content and accounts in the app. You can block anyone.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Delete account. This removes your content and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service
viflika is provided as it is, and it is still being developed: features may change or stop. We do our best to keep it working and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We will tell you in the app before important changes to these terms take effect.
